lost my order.
My sisters and I ordered a flower bouquet for a funeral recently. We were sent a picture of the bouquet when it was delivered and I was incredibly upset when I saw it. It was nothing like what we had chose online. I'm sure the people that work at the shop are very nice, but I was immensely disappointed. I would have given 1 star, but they did deliver to the funeral home for us.
we were from out of state and had ordered flowers from our florist in our state maybe they didn't think we would be there but very disappointed was not worth the money we paid I gave them $60 more cash and still didn't feel I got $60 more worth these were for a funeral we were grieving as it was then to see what they put together felt very bad
