Worker have horrible work ethic. Could not have had a worse experience at a fast food restaurant. This was a more of a order, wait 20 minutes for crappy food restaurant.
Not fond of the *inside* work ethics nor am i satisfied as a customer. Needless to say, this is a habbit that's more than easy to throw away. Not again. And brace yourself if you go there for anything more than to use their Redbox .
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to!! Foods never hot, service is lacking on every level, horrible wait time even though there's hardly ever anyone else there, and apparently you don't have set hours!! Last visit I waited 22 minutes on 2 coffee drinks, and I was the only customer there. I asked what the problem was the kid shrugged his shoulders and walked off. When I do a asked for a manager I was told there wasn't one there. Then today tried to go there but wasn't open as of 5:37...hrs posted online say 5:30-11:30!!
This store always has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have worked in customer service for more than 20 years. I walked in and wasn't greeted. The manager walked by me 4 times and never even asked if I had been helped. All of the tables were dirty. If there was another option for fast food here i would never come back here. At least the restrooms were clean.
If I could give less than one star I would. Anthony McDonald's has to be the absolute worst one out there. If you know anything about Anthony, you know the options for dining out are slim. We go after school to get a quick soda and occasionally a hamburger for my 6 year old. After today I am literally done trying to give this specific establishment a chance. We went through the drive thru and ordered two large soda's and a double cheeseburger with ketchup only. We waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru for these items and literally none of them were correct. I went inside to ask for a new cheeseburger that was correct. I received absolutely terrible customer service both times and was asked to pay for the new cheeseburger. Terrible customer is not uncommon at this location as is the incorrect order.
